  • The Visibility Patterns are behavioral design patterns that are used in several patterns across all stages of the customer experience.

    In the Conversational Pattern the digital twin of a product communicates with the customer in a digital channel that he agreed on earlier, like a messenger. This is very effective for time sensitive matters.

  • A lot of new tasks of customers in the circular economy are not yet part of their routine.

  • By weaving alerts and notifications for maintenance and other tasks in the daily digital routine of customers, they are more likely to act on them, keep their products in good conditions or return them to the cycle.
