/ Ideation Workshop
Duration: 1 – 2 days | On location or online
This workshop is part of the design sprint methodology that was developed in the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme EcoDesign Circle 4.0 of the European Union. Based on customer insights, we develop ideas for circular services and business models with your team. The ideas are prioritized based on their benefit for your business, your customers and the environment. The results are documented as posters that visualize the use cases and service promises for each customer persona. The posters can be used for testing with customers and stakeholders and for the planning of the roll-out of the service.
/ UX-design and Prototype
Duration: 5 – 7 days
Based on the results of an ideation workshop or your own circular business model, we develop the concept, content and design of a prototype for your service. For fast and cost-efficient development we use our own patterns of the Circular Experience Library. We work in close collaboration with you and your team and finally deliver a clickable prototype, video and presentation that can be used for testing with your customers and stakeholders.
/ Digital Product Passport
Duration: 5 – 7 days
Based on your product data, we develop the concept, content and design of a prototype for your Digital Product Passport. On top of the data an information required by the EU, we propose added value services that use the DPP as a customer relationship channel. For fast and cost-efficient development we use our own patterns of the Circular Experience Library. We work in close collaboration with you and your team and finally deliver a clickable prototype, video and presentation that can be used for testing with your customers and stakeholders. With our partner Narravero, we also offer a digital solution to implement your DPP.
/ Circular Service Design Sprint
Duration: 2 – 4 weeks
This sprint was developed inthe Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme Ecodesign Circle 4.0 of the European Union. It includes an audit of your organizations capacity for circular design, a three day ideation workshop and the concept, content and design of a service design map, customer journey and an interactive prototype for validation with your customers.
