  The Post Purchase Circular Instructions Pattern is part of the purchase stage of the customer experience.

  After checking out a product, the dealer thanks the customer for the purchase and offers him a short tutorial on how to get the most out of his new product. It’s clever to use this positive moment in the customer journey, as the customer would probably not read this information in the manual once he gets the product.

  So now he is happy to learn about how to reduce the energy consumption of his product, do maintenance, what to do at the end of life and how to dispose the packaging. After the tutorial he can also dive into the full manual.
