  The Circular Mode Completeness Patterns are part of the extended use stage of the customer experience.

  The Completeness Pattern works on customers that for example feel unsatisfied if their social media profile is not 100% complete.

• Problem to be solved

  Many concepts and services of the circular economy are unfamiliar to customers. It needs an incentive or nudge for them to try and enable those services.

• Circular benefits

  By setting a product to as many circular services as possible, the customer can be coached through all stages of circularity until the end-of-life of the product.
