The Resell Value Pattern is part of the reuse and resell stage of the customer experience.
The customer looks up the reselling options for his product, for example in its digital passport.
He can browse offers from private and commercial buyers for his model. There’s also an offer by the manufacturer, who would pay the highest price, but wants to evaluate the product first.
The customer can proceed to contact any of these buyers.
