• Pattern description

  The „Product Import“ patterns are part of the purchase stage of the customer experience.

  With the Offline Purchase pattern, the customer can scan a QR Code on the receipt of an offline purchase to access the digital twin of his product and save it to his cabinet, just like he can save travel tickets to a digital wallet.
